
Steps
- Boil the egg for 6-7 minutes, then cool it in ice water and peel.
- In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate with heavy cream over a double boiler until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed digestive biscuits, cocoa powder, icing sugar, and sea salt.
- Dip the peeled egg into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll the chocolate-coated egg in the biscuit mixture until fully covered.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set before serving.
