Steps
1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
3. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the spices to meld with the chicken.
6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and stir to combine.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
