Ginger Fish & Egg Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Spinach

Steps

1. Begin by cutting the fish fillet into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the fish pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add the broccoli florets and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until just tender. 5. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and stir until wilted. Return the fish to the pan. 6. Push the ingredients to one side and crack the egg into the pan. Scramble the egg until fully cooked, then mix everything together. 7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
