Steps
1. Prepare the handmade noodles by mixing flour and egg until a dough forms. Roll out and cut into thin strips.
2. In a hot pan, cook the shrimp until pink, then set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and chili, then add tamarind paste, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer until thickened.
4. Boil the handmade noodles until al dente, then toss with the tamarind sauce.
5. Serve the noodles topped with cooked shrimp and a sprinkle of edible gold flakes.
