Steps
1. Clean the octopus by removing the beak and innards, then rinse under cold water.
2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the octopus for about 30 minutes until tender. Let it cool in the water.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Once cooled, cut the octopus into manageable pieces (arms and head).
5. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture onto the octopus pieces.
6. Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and crispy.
7. In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice.
8. Drizzle the garlic butter over the grilled octopus and garnish with chopped parsley.
9. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
