Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook it in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
3. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
4. Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface and spread the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt evenly over it.
5. Layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced chicken, and chopped pickles on top of the tortilla.
6. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling, then slice it in half to serve.
