Steps
1. Clean the octopus by removing the beak and innards. Rinse under cold water.
2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the octopus. Cook for 30-40 minutes until tender. Allow to cool.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Once cooled, cut the tentacles from the body. Brush with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes per side until charred and slightly crispy.
6. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, parsley, basil, garlic, and red chili flakes for the sauce.
7. Serve the grilled octopus drizzled with the lemon herb sauce.
