Steps
1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the diced meat, cooking until browned on all sides.
3. Stir in the carrots and green beans, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the cooked rice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
