Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to create a herb paste.
4. Rub the herb paste all over the trout, inside and out.
5. Place the trout on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
6. While the trout is grilling, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in lemon juice.
7. Once the trout is done, remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon butter.
8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
