
Steps
- Peel and dice the potato, then place it in a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for about 15 minutes or until tender.
- While the potatoes are cooking, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once the potatoes are tender, drain them and return them to the pot. Add minced garlic, butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
