Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rinse the trout fillet and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the trout fillet.
5. Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
7. While the trout is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
8. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
9. Once the trout is done, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the fillet.
10. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
