- Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden brown, then flip it over.
- Add minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet, stirring briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the lid and let the sauce reduce for an extra 5 minutes if desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
