Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
3. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the skillet.
4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip the salmon.
5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, basting with the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
7. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
