Steps
1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
2. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Drizzle the honey over the carrots and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir well to coat the carrots and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender and caramelized.
6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
