Steps

  1. Season the lamb slices with salt and pepper, then sear them in a hot pan until cooked to your liking.
  2. In a bowl, mix the salad greens with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.

  4. Drizzle with a bit more olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
