Steps
1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and dried lavender. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low and let steep for 10 minutes.
2. Strain the lavender water into a pitcher, discarding the lavender.
3. Add the fresh lemon juice and honey to the lavender water, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved.
4. Pour in the remaining 4 cups of cold water and stir well.
5. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
6. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
