
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillet with the herb mixture on both sides.
- Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for a minute before serving.
