Steps
1. Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
5. Stir in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Add honey and soy sauce, and stir well to combine all ingredients.
7. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix everything together until well coated.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
