Steps

1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Dice the cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper. Crumble the feta cheese. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and feta cheese. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
