Steps
1. Heat oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and stir.
3. Add cod and cook for roughly 3 minutes per side.
4. Add spinach, swiss chard and stir.
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add lemon juice and capers and stir.
7. Cook for one minute.
8. Serve over boiled potatoes or rice.
