Steps
1. Marinate chicken in orange juice, lime juice, garlic, onion powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, and pepper for 30 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
5. Add onions and tomatoes to the same skillet and cook 4-5 minutes.
6. Add chicken back in pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken and vegetables are nicely cooked and well combined.
8. Serve and enjoy!
