Slow Cooker Korean-Style Chicken Drumsticks

Steps

1. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. 2. Place the sliced shallots and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. 3. Add the diced Korean radish on top of the shallots and garlic. 4. Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the radish. 5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and chicken broth. 6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker. 7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender. 8. Serve hot, spooning the flavorful sauce over the drumsticks and veggies.
