Steps
1. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
3. In a bowl, layer the cooked quinoa and top it with the spicy black bean mixture.
4. Add avocado slices on top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
5. Serve with a lime wedge for an extra zing.
