Steps
1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast in brewed green tea, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
