Steps
1. Marinate Cakalang fish fillet with soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add garlic, ginger, and chili, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add marinated Cakalang fish fillet, cook until fish is cooked through.
5. Stir in onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
