
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the fresh strawberries by slicing them.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken topped with fresh strawberries and garnish with basil leaves.
