Steps
1. Start by marinating the chicken breast in brewed green tea, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add the marinated chicken (reserve the marinade) and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same pan, add the mixed bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
5. Add the reserved marinade to the vegetables and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Return the chicken to the pan and stir well to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
