Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and buttermilk.
2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge it in the flour mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
6. Carefully place the coated chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Once cooked, place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
