Steps
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken leg quarter, ensuring it's well-coated.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and squeeze the lemon wedge over it.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
