Steps
1. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
2. While the broccoli is steaming, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Add the butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the avocado, and mash until creamy and smooth.
4. Once the broccoli is done, drain it and add it to the avocado mixture.
5. Gently fold the broccoli into the avocado until well combined.
6. Serve warm, with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.
