Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the chicken breast. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Plate the chicken, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
