Steps
1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce, tossing until well coated.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
