
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously.
- Place the halved grapes at the bottom of a small oven-safe ramekin.
- Pour the custard mixture over the grapes, ensuring they are submerged.
- Place the ramekin in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water to create a water bath.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled.
