
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillet, ensuring it's well coated.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
