Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillet, ensuring it's well coated.
4. Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
