Steps
1. Soak sticky rice in water for 4 hours. Cook in a steamer until tender.
2. Blend half of the mango with coconut milk and sugar to make a puree.
3. Cut the remaining mango into cubes.
4. Shape sticky rice into a boat using a bamboo leaf.
5. Fill the rice boat with mango puree and top with mango cubes.
6. Serve and enjoy!
