Thai Beef Rice Bowl

A flavorful and satisfying Thai-inspired dish featuring tender beef slices served over fragrant jasmine rice.

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent. 3. Add beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness. 4. Push the beef to one side of the skillet and add the sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. 6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables in the skillet. Stir to coat everything evenly. 7. Remove from heat and serve the Thai beef mixture over a bed of cooked jasmine rice. 8. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.
