Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then slice into small pieces.
3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic until well combined.
4. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
5. Sprinkle the cooked sausage pieces over the buttered bread, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Place the stuffed baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
