Steps
1. Begin by heating the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
4. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli in a separate pot for about 4-5 minutes until tender but still bright green.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing it.
6. Serve the sliced chicken on a plate alongside the steamed broccoli. Drizzle with lemon juice before enjoying.
