Spicy Bean and Egg Shakshuka

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Stir in the garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder, cooking for another minute until fragrant. 4. Add the diced tomato and cooked black beans, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through. 5. Create a small well in the mixture and crack the egg into it. Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolk is still runny. 6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
