Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions are translucent.
3. Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
4. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are fully cooked and slightly browned.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
