Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small round cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth.
3. Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, applesauce, erythritol, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
