Steps

1. Soak the chickpeas overnight. 2. Cook the chickpeas until they become soft. 3. Blend the chickpeas with the tahini, lemon juice and garlic until you get a smooth paste. 4. Add some olive oil, salt and paprika to taste. 5. Serve.
