A simple veggie and walnut stir fry that has a lot of flavour
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Add the diced carrot and bell pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes. 4. Add the walnuts and stir to combine. 5. Reduce heat to low and add the soy sauce. 6. Stir to combine and continue cooking for 10 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked through. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve and enjoy!
