Steps
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and diced potatoes to the pan and sauté until the potatoes are golden brown.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed onions and potatoes in the pan.
5. Cook for a few minutes until the bottom is set.
6. Flip the omelette and cook for a few more minutes until the other side is set.
7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and cut into wedges.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
