Steps
1. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
2. Add half of the fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt.
3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the blueberries.
4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, blueberries, and granola.
5. Drizzle honey on top if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious parfait!
