Bratwurst with Sauerkraut

This traditional and flavorful German dish is a classic for a reason – simple to make and incredibly delicious!

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the bratwurst, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add the Sauerkraut, chicken broth, mustard, and salt & pepper to the skillet and stir until blended.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 2 Bratwurst
  • 1/4 cup Sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
