
Steps
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bratwurst, and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the Sauerkraut, chicken broth, mustard, and salt & pepper to the skillet and stir until blended.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 1/4 cup Sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tbs olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
