
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Carefully slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast and stuff it with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Secure the opening with toothpicks if necessary.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before removing toothpicks and slicing to serve.
