Steps
1. In a bowl, combine sweet corn, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Add the beaten egg and chopped green onions, mixing until well combined.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening slightly.
5. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
