1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In an ovensafe dish, combine butter and rice. 3. Bake rice for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Take out of the oven, then stir in yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Bake for another 10 minutes. 6. Serve hot!
