
Steps
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds and coconut milk. Stir well and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
- In another bowl, mix the pureed mango with honey and cardamom powder.
- Once the chia mixture has thickened, layer it in a serving glass with the mango mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves.
